The staff were friendly, responsive, and the owner was always available. Free Wi-Fi, parking, electric kettle, and fully-equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was perfect, flat-screen TV and lift were convenient, and the fitness centre was a great bonus. The outdoor swimming pool was fantastic for relaxation. Cots provided and strict no-pets policy. The 24-hour security ensured a safe and enjoyable stay. No smoking on site.

The cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired, with guests reporting bad smells in the corridors and cooking smells coming through the air conditioning vents.

and I couldn't have asked for a better location. the property is just a short walk from Dubai Mall, and there is even a connecting bridge from a hotel across the street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring the area. the rooms were spotlessly clean, and all the facilities and equipment were excellently maintained. the staff at the lobby were friendly and the owner was very responsive to our needs.

Not Easy to Find 📍 One slight drawback of the property is that it was not obvious to find. Upon arrival, we found it a bit challenging to locate the exact building.
